Terms of sale

Wholesale tobacco orders

Tobacco products are sold only to businesses holding a valid tobacco retail or dealer license where required. We may ask for a copy of your license and resale certificate before shipping.
Submitting the form is an order request. An order is confirmed when we send your invoice. Pricing, availability and delivery dates are confirmed on the invoice.
Retailers are responsible for following all federal, state and local laws on the sale of tobacco, including checking ID and selling only to adults 21 and older.
Report damaged or missing items within 48 hours of delivery.

Prices are in US dollars. Sales tax, if any, is added on your payment link.
Orders are processed once payment is received. Unpaid orders are cancelled after 7 days.
Unworn items in original condition can be exchanged within 14 days of delivery. Email us to start an exchange.
